Consumer Math - preparing a Thanksgiving Feast for 20 people! Students used circulars from 3 different supermarkets to put together a menu for 20 people. It was great to watch them comparing prices and compromising on how many desserts in order to be sure everyone got potatoes and stuffing! Hopefully they have a little more appreciation in to what it takes to put Thanksgiving together!
